What You Get with This Program
Access to Our Online Platform
Our online training platform of choice is the app Teambuildr. Through this app we’ll be able to track your progress and give feedback.
Personally Assigned Coach
You’ll be personally assigned a coach based on your needs and goals. During the first month of your subscription, your coach will do a kickoff call to start the process.
Virtual Assessment
Your coach will preform a virtual mobility and anthropomorphic assessment the first month of your subscription. The assessment will be programmed into our online platform and your coach will fill it out as it is completed.
Individualized Programming
The Basic plan includes 3 days of individualized workout routine programming. The programming is delivered through our online platform.
Monthly Coaching Video Call
The Basic plan includes a monthly video-conference call with your coach. This can be done via Zoom, Google Meet, or Discord.

If you want to truly invest in yourself, go with Exerscience Fitness! Nothing can compare to having an actual person coaching you. Yeah, you can buy the at-home bicycle, which will become an uber-expensive coat rack. It’s easy to think, “I can just look up workout videos and do it on my own”. But what Brian offers is so much more than that. It’s about having accountability for reaching what today seems impossible. And I can guarantee you, any other method will not help you as much as investing in a professional trainer with years of experience with the most upbeat positive attitude ever!

As someone who’s always struggled with weight loss and gain, whether it was for my sport or my vanity, my mindset had always been to lose weight by whatever means necessary, healthy or otherwise. I didn’t care about how I felt or even how I looked necessarily, as long as the numbers on the scale were what I wanted to see. Of course, this mindset and method always led me to short term, drastic weight loss which was NEVER sustainable, and even less permanent, as it usually ended with me gaining everything back and then some.
When I started working with Brian, I was the heaviest I had ever been. I told him that weight loss was pretty much my only goal and I didn’t care about literally anything else. (I would have sold my soul to Satan himself to lose weight but I don’t have his number) He kindly reminded me that this was the mindset that had gotten me into this yo-yo weight pattern in the first place. He told me that if I could just trust him and try it his way first for a couple of months and see how I felt, we could reassess and take things from there. I conceded given that he has a kind face, and also it is literally his job to help people reach their fitness goals and not mine. I’m so glad I did because working with Brian has been the absolute best experience. And not because the scale says so, but because I actually feel better. I’m stronger, healthier, and overall so much happier than I’ve ever been. Instead of focusing on weight loss only, he also focused on my strength, and moving better overall in my daily life.
Even when I had gotten to this weight on my own, through crash dieting and overtraining, I always felt exhausted and drained and like I couldn’t keep it up, which obviously, I couldn’t. Brian has been pivotal in my weight loss because he’s never just concerned about how I’m doing physically. He always checks in with how I’m doing mentally / emotionally / and any other -ally’s as well. He listens to my body better than I do and knows exactly when to push me, when I should push myself, and when I’m being stubborn and I should just rest. Even if I have a setback, which before would send me spiraling, I know it’s minor because I feel confident with Brian’s help, we’ll still get me to were I want to be. Not only has Brian helped me drop AND KEEP OFF 20+ lbs, which alone would be enough reason to name my first born after him, he’s also one of the most kind, intelligent, and compassionate people I know. I’m incredibly happy to have Brian as my trainer and even more fortunate to have him as my friend.
