My name is Brian Betancourt and I’m the founder of Exerscience Fitness. I have a Masters in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Science.

I created Exercscience Fitness to help people filter out the nonsense that is rampant online. There is no magical formula, there is no quick fix and there is no one size fits all. However, there is something out there that works for you. That is where we come in. We help you find it, master it and take control. We look forward to meeting you and watching you grow to become a master of your own health. Empowered, accomplished, and ready to challenge yourself to see what is the best version of “you” you can be.
Fabi Gill PTA
NFPT- CPT | Pronatal Level 1
My name is Fabiola Gill and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and certified personal trainer who came into the field in a nontraditional way.
Growing up I played soccer, rugby, and ran track and field until a knee injury forced me to stop. After graduating with a degree in political science I went to work in South Korea.
My first year in Korea I noticed myself getting weaker, more lethargic, struggling to focus and stay motivated. I learned regular exercise could alleviate my symptoms and since sports were out of the questions, I joined a muay thai/mma gym to gain some accountability. Eventually, I got surgery and started going to the gym as part of my rehab. I researched and learned about powerlifting and bodybuilding, completely falling in love with the process of working out: setting goals, planning, executing, and seeing returns. I started sleeping better, feeling happier, was more motivated at work and no longer struggled with staying focused. I was obsessed and spent several hours daily researching exercise science topics.
After that, my personal research shifted to addressing injuries and pain. I decided exercise is where I wanted to develop professionally and so set off to return to the US and become a certified personal trainer.
I’ve now been working as a trainer for three years and have returned to school to become a physical therapist assistant. I have found exercise to be the means through which I gained control of my physical and mental health. It is this sense of accomplishment, empowerment, competency and confidence that I want to help people attain.
